What comes to mind when you hear the words “comfort food?” Fried chicken, ice cream and let’s face it - anything with bacon probably comes to mind. But when you’re feeling a little sad, tired or depressed there’s nothing better than grabbing a fork and digging in - and now you can make those “unhealthy” foods a bit more waistline-friendly.
